Condolence Ministry
Purpose:
The purpose of the Condolence Ministry is to provide a prayerful, compassionate, and caring service to the families of deceased members.
Duties:
- Meet with families to plan funeral or memorial services
- Prepare Church Resolutions or Statements of Condolence
- Coordinate, with persons, groups, and the Church Office, the implementation of services
Membership:
- Pastor
- Condolence Ministry Chair
- Chair of Deacons
- Church Clerk
- Assistant Church Clerk
